Means: Commercials lie a lot and you have to know when it lies or not.
Matters: If you aren't smart enough to tell if a commercial lies you might buy something you don't want to buy.

Say: A smart person is someone who has been taught to know something eventually,learns sometimes everything told to them is not true.
Mean: Even though someone is smart that doesn't mean that everything they learn is true and in the end they can be proven wrong.

it says when u learn something it is not true. it means when u learn something don't completely beleive cause it might be wrong. it matters to me because i don't want to know things that are lies or not true because then it'll just waste my time.
