Mean: It means, as we look forward into the next hundred years, leaders with be those who give others permission to do something.
Matter:

mean: They will be strong leader in time
matter: we have to tell each other that every generation is geting stronger.

mean: People ahead of us are going to be stronger.
matter: Sooner or later we are have to see that we are getting old and the next gernation is going to be stronger.
It says: Leaders empower others to be greater than they are.
It means: Leaders have to impower others in order to be leaders.
It matters: You have to encourage others in order to be a great leader.

Mean-It means that the leaders to come in the future will be the ones ordering around people.
Matter-It matters because we need to do something about it.

Mean: It means that further along the line, we will have genuine leaders, ones that we can really look up to and not shaddy politicians who just want the status role.
Matter: It matters because some of our leaders aren't really there to lead us, but for the status of being the leader. And down the line, we may have leaders who are really leaders and ones we can look up to and empower us.
Says: It says as we go on we will see in the future who will be our leaders who will rule all and hold our future in their hands.
Means: It means that as time goes on we need to watch who will control us.
Matters: It matters because who ever leads us can change our future and it's important to try and control it.
